Installation with clear instruction takes less than 15 minutes from start to finish.
- Easy set up on the edge of your desk using C-clamp or in grommet eyelet and install the arm to the center pole.
- Attach VESA bracket to the monitor and secure with screws and washers, then attach the monitor to the arm.
- Adjust the gas tension on the arm based on the weight of your monitor. NOTE: Please see the user manual to adjust gas tension.
- Monitors keep dropping or staying up?
- Monitor arm dropping: turn counter-clockwisee (“+”direction) to increase gas spring tension.
- Monitor arm rising: turn clockwisee (“-”direction) to decrease gas spring tension.
